  • How do I log on to my account?
    To log into your account, click any "Account Login" Button on the Dental 401(k) website, or use this link: https://secure.newportgroup.com/login/participant First Time User: User ID: Your full Social Security Number, no dashes. Password: Your date of birth (MMDDYYYY). Once logged in, you will be required to update your User ID and Password. Returning users: If you have misplaced your credentials, please follow the "Forgot User ID or Password" link. If you have any issues accessing your online account, please contact Newport Group at 1-844-749-9981. Representatives are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
  • I need assistance understating details of the plan and/or selecting an investment portfolio. Who do I contact?

  • Can I get support with other financial questions?

  • What do I do if I’m changing employers or retiring?
    Changing employers: you can roll your 401(k) balance into a new plan or to a Traditional IRA and/or Roth IRA. You will need to complete the Distribution Form available on your online portal or call Newport Group at 1-844-749-9981 to initiate the rollover. Retiring: Congratulations! We can help.   • How do I change my personal or beneficiary information?
    You can update your information via your online portal or by calling Newport Group at 1-844-749-9981.
  • How do I view and change my investment portfolio?
    You can update your investment elections via your online portal or by calling Newport Group at 1-844-749-9981.
  • How do I change my future contribution amount?
    We are happy to help you determine a contribution amount that works for you, however to make the change, please contact your payroll coordinator to update your salary deferral amount.
  • I manage my company’s 401(k) plan and have specific questions or need help logging on to my account, who do I speak with?"
